Is the hotel cost included in the convention registration fee?
The 2025 Tropcial Smoothie Cafe Convention will be held at the Caribe Royale in Orlando, FL. Hotel reservations are not included in the convention registration fee.
A special room rate of $275 plus daily resort fee and applicable taxes is available for Convention attendees. Reservations must be made by Friday, February 14, 2025 in order to be guaranteed this special rate. Please make sure to reserve your room as soon as you register.
Can I extend my hotel reservation after the TSC Convention at the conference rate?
If you would like to stay additional nights, the special conference room rate applies 3 days prior and 3 days following the event days, based on availablity. If you would like to extend your reservation, please contact the Caribe Royale directly.
What convention events are included in the guest fee?
The guest fee includes access to convention meals and evening events including the Welcome Reception on Monday night, Disney Springs event on Tuesday night and Awards Dinner on Wednesday night. To attend any other events or sessions, you must register as a full convention attendee.
I am bringing my children/grandchildren with me. Can they attend convention functions?
Children 10 and under are free to attend convention functions (meals and evening events only). Any children over the age of 11 should register as a guest and can only attend meals and evening events.
