ATTENDEE OPTIONS
- Attendee registration is for one individual who owns, operates or is employed by a Tropical Smoothie Cafe (franchisee, above cafe leader, manager or crew member) and permits attendance to all Tropical Smoothie Cafe convention activities and events.
- Guests of those attendees are invited to the Welcome Reception, Tuesday evening event and Awards Dinner ONLY. There is a $150 fee per guest.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation requests must be made by sending an email to TSCReg@etherio.com. If you have registered and have paid in full but are unable to attend the 2026 Tropical Smoothie Cafe Convention, you will incur a non-refundable $100 processing fee if the cancellation is requested in writing and received on or before December 19, 2025. A 50% refund will be granted to a fully paid registrant if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by January 9, 2026. Please note, after January 9, 2026, there are no cancellation refunds.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
If you register but are unable to attend, you may designate another attendee within your organization to take your place at no additional charge. All substitution requests must be submitted by the original attendee via email to TSCReg@etherio.com. On-site substitutions may be made only if the substituting attendee provides a written request from the original attendee.
